How many Kids can use the Bounce?
Most of our bouncers can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 10 children under twelve years of age. The older and larger the participants are, the greater the risk of overcrowding or injury. We recommend no more than 4-6 teenagers and less that 4 adults per each large unit. Most units are equipped with stepping platforms for easy access into/out of the unit. PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR GUESTS, particularly young children, to insure their safety and good time. NO FOOD ITEMS, SHOES, GLASSES, JEWELRY, SILLY STRING or any sharp objects allowed in bounce units.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, USA Partyworks carries a 2 million dollar general liability insurance policy. A copy is available for review at any time. However, our contract assumes that renters provide their own suitable liability insurance of their own.

Do you set up in parks?
You may have to confirm this with the park authority to determine the requirements needed to set up a bounce house in your area. Additional charges may be required to provide this insurance for public areas. Please contact us for details.

How much room do I need?
The standard size of a bounce house is approximately 13’ x 13’ and these fit comfortably on most back yard laws or two car driveways. Please check the unit size dimensions prior to renting.

How much room do you need to bring the bounce house in?
A standard walk through gate about 36” is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). Please NO STAIRS.

Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes. If you have a two car driveway, most likely a bouncer will fit. A very light slope is not a problem, however, the flatter the surface the better. Since we can’t pound stakes into your driveway, safe alternative means at your location will be needed to secure the unit.

What type of surface do you set up on?
We set up on lawns, dry grass, concrete or asphalt. Under no circumstances can we set up on dirt or muddy surfaces. All areas must be free of rocks or obstructions.

Does the blower need electricity?
Yes, we will bring up to a 100 foot extension cord with us, so you’ll need a standard 110v outlet near the set up area which is in safe and workable condition. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14 cents of electricity per hour. If you don’t have power available, we have generators for rent.
